Can you inform me when a particular game becomes available?

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot inform you when a particular game becomes available. We receive hundreds of trade-ins a day and these items are listed immediate so please check back often.

Can you pre-reserve a game before it arrives?

Unfortuately we cannot. Games arrive at different times and there are so many different titles that finding the one you are looking for is difficult to match.

Can you inform me when new games arrive?

Perhaps in the future we will work on an emailing list for new game arrivals, but at this time this feature is not available.

Why are some games I bought still showing up for purchase?

Sometimes we have duplicates of some of the games we sell.

Do you buy games or trade them in?

Not at this time.

How do I get a refund?

We give refunds on defective items for 30 days past the purchase date. (NEW games must be still sealed). Please call us for a refund request. DO NOT send them to the return address. Most likely they will be lost or sent back to you.
