Our Promise
We purposely take the time and effort to list every one of our games. All Game discs are scratch free in completely perfect like new condition. All game cartridges are tested and are in perfect working order. If you would like to know the condition of the box and whether a manual is included - you can call us and one of our representatives who can inspect the item and tell you. We will also ship your order as soon as possible, always within 48 hours. We use USPS priority mail. This allows your package to arrive from 2-3 days from when we ship. Games usually arrive 5 days from when payment is received.
Our Guarantee
Our guarantee is simple - you may return anything purchased from us if defective in anyway, up to 30 days after purchase. Please call us to receive an address and a return merchandise return number to include with your packaging.
